5 Foods That Help Your Teeth

Apple’s
Eating apples increase saliva and prevent cavity buildup.  They are loaded with a variety of vitamins and minerals that are great for your overall health. Eating an apple after dinner will help clean in between your teeth.

Oranges
Oranges are enriched with calcium, vitamins C and D, and other vitamins and nutrients that are good for your teeth.  Orange juice will naturally cleanse your mouth by eliminating bacteria and help prevent tooth decay.

Milk
Milk provides calcium, phosphates and vitamin D, which helps the body make use of the calcium. All these nutrients are essential for strong bones and healthy teeth.

Yogurt
